Triad Trash Bath ("we", "us") is a family-run trash can cleaning service in the Piedmont Triad, North Carolina. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it. Effective October 27, 2026.
What we collect
When you sign up we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone, street address, city, ZIP, trash pickup day, number of bins, the plan you picked, and any gate code or notes. We also record where you came from (for example a QR code on a flyer) so we know what is working. The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, and message.
How we use it
- To plan our route and schedule your visits
- To text or email you before each visit and about your service
- To bill you for the plan you chose
- To keep the site and our forms safe from spam
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our business (Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and a payment processor for billing), and only as needed for them to do that work. Text messages are only sent to people who sign up and you can reply STOP at any time.
Payment details
We never see or store your full card number. Payment is handled on a secure page run by our payment processor.
How long we keep it
As long as you are a customer, plus whatever our business records require. Ask us any time and we will delete your signup.
Changes and contact
If we update this page we will post the new version here with a new date. Questions: use the contact page.
