Service terms
These are the terms for Triad Trash Bath trash can cleaning, written in plain English. By signing up you agree to them. Effective October 27, 2026.
No contracts
Every plan is month to month or visit to visit. You can pause, change, or cancel any time by text or email. There are no cancellation fees.
When we come
We clean on your trash pickup day after your hauler has emptied the bins. The exact time varies with the route. We text the day before each visit.
Bins must be at the curb and empty
Leave your bins where the truck can reach them. We can only clean empty bins. If a bin still has trash in it or is not out, we skip it and catch it on the next visit. Repeated skips on a recurring plan are still billed, because the slot on the route was held for you.
Weather and holidays
If weather or a holiday shifts your pickup day, our visit shifts with it. If conditions are unsafe to work in, we reschedule to the next pickup day at no charge.
Stink-free guarantee
If a bin still smells or has residue after we leave, text us a photo within 48 hours and we come back for a free second pass.
Payment
Recurring plans are billed per visit or per month as shown at signup. Nothing is charged until your first visit is confirmed. You will receive a secure payment link by text before your first bath.
Damage and limits
Our process uses hot water and pressure, not chemicals. Bins that are cracked, melted, or badly worn may not come fully clean and can be damaged by any cleaning. Tell us about fragile bins in your notes and we will take it easy.
